BSYSA Fall 2019 Fundraiser

September 9 @ 6:00 pm - September 10 @ 7:00 pm

Each family is required to pay a $30 buyout or sell 60 meat sticks.
This is a MANDATORY fundraiser: the money STAYS within the club and helps with equipment and other club needs.

The fundraiser is through Country Meats.  This makes a great snack for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, sports and school.
It is nonperishable so no refrigeration required!

Orders and money are due to your coaches by October 1st or October 2nd.

**IMPORTANT** An envelope with a preprinted label has been supplied to you.  Please be sure to fill this out properly with your child’s name and it matches that which is on the roster.  Circle if they are U9 or U7, M/W or T/Th, and Team / Coach.
Checks written by other members not listed as contacts on the roster need to indicate the child’s name in the memo section.  Checks and Money Orders are to be made payable to “BSYSA

Orders will be available for pick up at the pavillion during practices from OCTOBER 21st – OCTOBER 26th from 6 PM – 7 PM.  The Fall Tournament on October 26th will be your last chance to pick up any orders.
